You are a wonderful instructor. Very engaging and did a phenomenal job keeping your audience's attention which is no easy feat especially virtually. I appreciate that you remembered our names which added a personal touch. Did a fantastic job engaging the whole group. I have been to MANY trainings in my career and this is top tier. I recommend teaching this to police departments across the country during their annual in service training and other non profits who would greatly benefit.
