Shiham grew up moving around the world, surrounded by many cultures, ways of living, and people. Along the way, he noticed something simple but profound: no matter where we come from, we all want the same things — a place to call home, food to share, and people to connect with.
Being constantly on the move taught him to connect with others quickly and deeply. Instead of the usual small talk, Shiham learned to meet people with openness and curiosity, building real relationships through honesty and care.
In 2013, he arrived in Canada as a university student, eager to explore who he was and how he could make a difference. His journey led him to behavioral psychology, neuroscience and mindfulness where he discovered how our minds and emotions shape the way we live, lead, and relate to one another.
For over 15 years, Shiham has been guiding individuals and teams through experiences that bring more presence, compassion, and connection into their work and lives. As a certified coach and facilitator, he blends mindfulness with brain-based, heart-centered approaches to help people grow in meaningful ways.
He believes that when people feel safe — physically, emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually — they can truly thrive. Through his coaching, workshops, and keynotes, Shiham helps teams rediscover joy, purpose, and connection, reminding us all that work can be human and full of heart.
Our Story
HeartCulture Catalyst was born from a simple observation: too many workplaces prioritize productivity over people, efficiency over empathy, and results over relationships. We knew there had to be a better way, one where organizations could achieve great results while also nurturing the wellbeing and growth of their people.
When companies lose sight of this balance, the costs become clear — disengaged employees, high turnover, declining trust, and leaders who feel burnt out trying to hold it all together.
Through years of corporate leadership, mindfulness practice, and coaching, Shiham discovered that the most successful teams are not just highly skilled. They are connected, resilient, and emotionally intelligent. When people feel seen, valued, and safe to show up as themselves, collaboration flows naturally and creativity thrives.
HeartCulture Catalyst was created to bring that truth to life. We partner with organizations to build cultures rooted in trust, empathy, and authentic connection — places where people do not just work together, they grow together.
Our work blends neuroscience, leadership development and mindfulness to help teams communicate better, manage stress, and find joy in what they do. Because when we lead with heart, everyone wins: people, teams, and organizations alike.
