Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using HeartCulture Catalyst's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Services Description
HeartCulture Catalyst provides workplace wellness services including team workshops, one-on-one coaching, and game master experiences. The specific scope, duration, and deliverables of each engagement will be defined in a separate service agreement.
Booking and Payment
Service bookings and payments are subject to the following terms:
- All bookings must be confirmed in writing
- Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement
- Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments may incur additional fees
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made 14+ days before scheduled service: Full refund
- Cancellations made 7-13 days before: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before: No refund
- Rescheduling is available subject to availability
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by HeartCulture Catalyst remain our exclusive property. Clients receive a limited license to use materials for internal purposes only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes business information, personal data shared in coaching sessions, and proprietary methodologies.
Limitation of Liability
HeartCulture Catalyst's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Professional Conduct
We maintain high standards of professional conduct and expect the same from our clients. We reserve the right to terminate services if behavior is disrespectful, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
Results Disclaimer
While we strive to deliver exceptional results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. The effectiveness of our services depends on many factors including participant engagement, organizational support, and implementation of learned practices.
Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes affecting existing clients.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HeartCulture Catalyst operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
